Windows 10 keeps changing my background to flowers

MY background keeps reverting back to flowers for some reason. Happened with the same picture of flowers on my laptop. Weird as hell.

Does it happen on another profile? Are you using a Microsoft account to log in?

If it's these pictures you could just replace them with your normal wallpaper.
