New PC keeps being knocked offline - Need help trying to fix

Hello,
So I had a new PC built with the following specs:
CPU: Intel - Core i7-7700 3.6GHz Quad-Core Processor
Motherboard: MSI - Z270-A PRO ATX LGA1151 Motherboard
RAM: Corsair - Vengeance LPX 16GB (2 x 8GB) DDR4-2400 Memory
Storage: Samsung - 850 EVO-Series 500GB 2.5" Solid State Drive / Seagate - Barracuda 2TB 3.5" 7200RPM Internal Hard Drive
Video Card: EVGA - GeForce GTX 1070 8GB SC GAMING ACX 3.0 BE
However it seems that I have been having issues with my new computer as I keep randomly being either disconnected from the router, or my external network adapter is not able to find any router (Right now it's running fine without a hitch, but 10 minutes ago it took quite a while to be able to connect back to my internet.
These are the things I have done:
1. I have updated the network adapter using the latest drivers
2. I have updated Realtek PCIe GBE Family Controller to the latest drivers
3. I have turned on high performance for my PC, I have disabled USB suspension for my power settings, as well as turned my Wireless Adapter Settings to maximum performance
4. In Realtek PCIe: I have disabled Green Ethernet and Energy Efficient Ethernet
5. I have disabled windows being able to turn off either my network adapter or this Realtek horse shit
6. I have reset the router
7. I have turned off OBSS on my router so it doesn't change channels
8. I have flushed the DNS Cache in cmd
9. I have tried different ports on my computer for my network adapter.
Needless to say, I am at a complete fucking loss on what is the issue and why my internet suddenly likes to drop out of thin air for no reason.
If anyone has ANY idea on how this can be resolved. Please let me know because I would love to hear it. I am getting to the point where I am going to sell this PC and go back to my old chuck of shit because I have never had any problems with it. It HAS to be something with this PC because no one else in my house has had any issues with the internet.
Once again, please help me if you can.
(Note: My internet cut out when writing this and what happened was my network adapter lost connection to my router, it then reconnected, and now it has disconnected unable to find any wireless connections. It was offline for around two minutes before I unplugged and replugged in my wireless adapter.)

UPDATE
I have also flashed my BIOS to the latest version hoping to christ that this will help it. Here is the BIOS I used
It's sounding like you might be dealing with a similar problem I had recently, and it turned out to be an issue with faulty hardware. Hopefully that's not the case, but if you happen to have another computer that you can test the adapter with, consider plugging it into the other computer and seeing if the problem also persists on the other system. If it does, you may very well have a faulty wireless adapter that needs to be replaced.
Are you using a static IP in your LAN?

I can borrow a wireless adapter from my dad when I see him this weekend, but right now I don't have access to another computer. But, that one I used had the same issue as well but that was before I updated all my drivers, so I will keep that in mind but it does worry me that this is more a fault with my PC then it is with the adapter.

Dynamic right now. I can do ipconfig /all and make it static if that helps?
EDIT:
I've made it static now. I'll see if it makes a difference and if I can get my hands on an adapter earlier, but right now it's looking like Saturday for that.
EDIT 2:
Okay, so even with the above recommendations, the connection tanked and couldn't find other routers: so I'm starting to lean on that this is a hardware issue.
Once again, thank you so much for your input.
Another thing to try is to completely uninstall the driver and then install the latest. Also try looking at Windows Event Viewer for any error messages in there that could help.
I'm assuming other devices are home are fine which obviously rules out an issue with the router.

I'll check Windows event viewer when I get home but I have done the drivers work so we'll see how it goes. Seeing my dad tonight so I'll pick it up then.
Once again thank you all for your help. I really appreciate it.
GOOD NEWS
It was a hardware issue! Thank you all so much for the help here! I have replaced the network adapter with a new one and it works like a dream.
Mods, please close this thread if you can.
If it helps salvage your old adapter, open it up and check to see if all the pins that connect the USB to the board are actually connected.
I had an issue recently where an old adapter of mine had the 4th pin just kind of hanging and it would disconnect after a few minutes. After opening, seeing that it was loose, and re-soldering, it worked again.
Grab a usb WiFi adapter from your friend and install it. If it connects with your router well then you must have a faulty built-in adapter.
