I am using a crystal sound fusion sound card (old i know :P) because my onboard one just packed up recently. I am on Windows 7, and can not find drivers that are compatible with it. I know they do exist because my brother used this sound card on windows 7 and it worked fine (I asked him, he doesn't remember where he found them) I would appreciate it, if someone could point me in the right direction. Thanks.
Manifacturers site?
Check the manufacturer's website. If you cannot find it for Vista or W7, then you're out of luck.

Was he perhaps using 32-bit and you're on 64-bit or something?
For some devices you can get away with XP compatible drivers on 32-bit 7
