I will absolutely be buying this. Lego Batman DC2 and LOTR were amazing.

It's not as if they can change it in a way to disguise the fact that the world and characters are made of legos. Besides, the Star Wars Lego games, and the last few Lego games like LOTR were amazing.

Yess I love lego games
Where is LEGO Star Wars IV: Clone Wars 2? Come on, that's totally begging to be made, the first only went up to the second season of the show. I do like that they're getting so many games made, one of the funnest series I've played.
Theres enough lego games to build a castle

I couldn't stand the Lego Indiana Jones game, nor the first Lego Batman because of how they played, but loved every other Lego game.
If they have some nice alternate costumes I might get it...
Am I the only person who kind of hopes that one day, when a game engine is up to the task, they make a game where literally everything is made of LEGO bricks, and they act realistically? You could build a castle and you'd have to use a decent amount of force to knock the walls down. I don't know about you, but if my LEGO stuff broke apart as easily as it did in the game I would throw it out.

But I do appreciate that this game isn't as blocky as lego :v:
I really hope they don't do the freeroam bullshit they had in LOTR and Batman. I really don't like having to look high and low for freaking characters which I then have to buy for substantial amounts of money. Lego Star Wars 1 and 2 will be the best of the "third person puzzle/brawler" lego games. Nice levels, things were actually for the most part made of lego, rather than lego people taking place in a normal world with a few other lego elements (batman 2, LOTR...)... I just want my cantina, my easy level selection, my one stop store for unlocking things, and the minikit display area back. [editline]8th January 2013[/editline] And at least on the console versions, not only does it run bad, but it just looks terrible. A lego game shouldn't be that hard to optimize. Hell, LOTR has freaking screen tearing on the PS3 version as well as framerate issues. Lego Batman 2 had loads of preformance issues all round as well. I mean for fucks sake. We have games like forza horizon that not only look fucking gorgeous but rarely ever drop in FPS, but we can't get a lego game that keeps a steady 30 fps? [editline]8th January 2013[/editline] Yes I know forza horizon devs are quite a bit different from lego game devs but i'm not talking about the graphics level, i'm talking about incredibly basic things like maintaining at least 30 FPS at almost all times without screen tearing all over the fucking place. That's a minimum for games.
Holy shit how could they possibly do a playable Galactus?
This might be the first Lego game I buy since Lego Indy 2. I hated Indy 2, Batman was okay, Indy 1 was fun, and Star Wars: The Complete Saga was absolutely amazing. How were the Harry Potter ones, anyway? I've heard very little about them at all since I saw ads on TV a long time ago.
[QUOTE=macotaco;39143459]holy shit it has a lego deadpool. too bad this just looks like another lego game to me.[/QUOTE] Of course it has Deadpool. [t]http://www.lototoys.com/john/brickenvy/images10/LEGO-6866_deadpool.jpg[/t] It has all the characters who are actually in the toyline.

You got a shitload of spells but you never got to use them for anything fun and they all ended being the same basic thing.
I liked Lego LOTR but it's a bit boring to play yourself, you need to be two people for it to be really fun I think
Awwww yeah. I was really hoping they'd do this.
Hopefully they can get rid of that dreadful and always moving co op camera. It was one of the things that stopped me from enjoying the game with my brother and stopped me from buying Lego LOTR. I mean come on guys, the old camera was better.
Please add the goddamn online multiplayer. It ill be the biggest evolution step in Lego games from TT since The Clone Wars..
