Where can i get themes and how do i apply them? Help please
Deviantart is usually a good place to go:

To apply them you'll need a uxtheme patch, you'll be able to find it easily through google, and quite often themes have instructions on how to install them anyway.
Be careful if you have to take ownership of some files in the System32 file. When I did that my first time I missed one small step and I was no longer able to log onto my computer. Luckly I was able to put my hard drive into an external hard drive casing and use an old hard drive as the master. From there I just fixed the files.
