Where to buy an original Tamagotchi?

I've been searching for any original Tamagotchi's for a few days now, with hopes of getting one for a dear friend who has gone into a total uprising of nostalgia.

Does anybody know any decent (e-)shops which sell the 1996 (haven't wrote that date in years) v1, editions?

Well thanks to these guys who actually kept on-topic. Searching ebay now, but most seem fake, I don't remember any tamagotchi's having "49 in 1".
