On the 14th I ordered some shirts from TeePublic, they use DHL shipping and on the 18th DHL sends it off to USPS. This is where the problem comes in. On DHL tracking it says "Tendered to USPS", but on USPS tracking it says "Departed Shipping Partner Facility, USPS Awaiting Item". It's been stuck on that since the 18 and estimated delivery was yesterday.
Can you call the supplier or the courier for an update? Is there any numbers?
If not, how did you pay? Can you charge back?
No more worries, tracking just got a burst of updates and it's our for delivery today. Thanks though

I had that happen once, I wasn't as lucky as you were though.
My shipment went missing for two months until it turned up in Israel...
my laptop was fucked up a while ago like this, fedx tried to deliver once while i was at work, i called them and asked if they could hold it at the closest store, apparently they said that was impossible because i had to sign for it! so they sent it back to the distribution center an hour away where someone held it for no reason and fortunately my dad drove there and picked it up
