The roster shown in the leak looks to not be complete, regardless of what this news article says. Mewtwo still has a chance of being in, especially if they're bringing back Dr. Mario. The leaker claims Mewtwo is in but he's also been fucking around with people a lot lately.
My only disappointment is the loss of Snake, but I'm not surprised given Kojima said he hadn't been contacted to get Snake yet so late in development. I'm also surprised Rayman isn't playable. You'd think his trophy being in there would be an obvious hint at playability, but I guess they really are just tossing third-party trophies in there for funsies. Weird, but it's neat I guess.
At least Dr. Mario is back. I know a lot of people are mad but I love me some Dr. Mario. I kinda wish it was Dr. Luigi instead, though.

I dunno, I'm inclined to believe this is the complete roster because it's (supposedly) an ESRB leak and the ESRB needs to see all the characters in the game.

All-Star mode Was locked in the images the leaker shown, which means the roster is incomplete.

If it's for the ESRB, then it's actually a supercut video of the game, not the actual game itself running. Meaning that the various clips in the video could show varying levels of progression through the game.
