To be honest, when I've worked there, I've had more adults wanting to buy just the apple slices than kids or parents that wanted the apples with their Happy Meal. Actually, after having worked there for 7 months, I can count the number of orders that I had that wanted apple slices and I was on drive through full time. The milk and the orange/apple juice are rather popular options, although at that age I would've wanted chocolate milk more than sprite.
