Medallion of Courage is so great item.
Only about a thousand gold, which is piss cheap, and then you will have no fear of combat whatsoever.
It's kind of a "let us fight!" kind of item, in that reduces the armour of both you and your opponent (it supplies +6 Armour to begin with, so it merely switches off the bonus essentially), so you can deal more physical against them. I can see why it's a recommended on Tusk; his Ult triples the physical damage of his next auto-attack, and the armour reduction on the target makes it deal more damage than in normally would, which is handy against being on-the-level with AGI heroes since they have a bunch of armour thanks to their attribute.
