It's not that problematic, we already got Apex which is a full release. Sure it isn't the arcadey version of Forza. But, I believe if you played Forza Motorsport 6 Apex. You will love this one too.
Horizon has all of forza's physics, however, stock tires are like slicks from the sim version.
Still loads better than TDU2 or the Crew in terms of driving feel.
