Decent laptop options for a budget of around $250-$350.

Hey guys how's it going Linkuya here. So, my sister is looking into buying a laptop for some casual photoshop use and perhaps some very casual games. By casual games I mean stuff like Gauntlet and some easy to use steam games. So my idea of a decent laptop for her would be something along the lines of a laptop with at least two cores at around 2.5 ghz, and maybe a 1GB graphics card at the very least. That being said, I have never actually used a laptop before, so I'm unsure of the best deals and options available. If anyone could hook me up with some great or decent options I'd be grateful.
(I didn't notice a general laptop thread so I made this one, forgive me if I missed it)
Maybe a newer model Lenovo Thinkpad?
That's honestly a small budget for anything decent.
I think you better raise your budget a bit so you can spend on a laptop which can last her longer overtime.
I find the laptops in the $250-350 price range having a hard time for browsing as it is, so it may be wiser to get something with an i5 for example.
Rough budget. You might be able to find a used Dell Latitude E6530 with an i5, NVS5200, and 8gb RAM
I got a used ThinkPad T420 in perfect condition for $235, it played MGSV on low-medium settings really well.
