I need a program that could take a video/audio file and create/synchronize subtitles at the right moments based on its audio. Even if the subtitles are a placeholder, I don't care because synchronizing subtitles is just long, boring work.
I've tried to install Autosub but considering I don't speak Python it might as well have been written in Chinese.
