As the title says, when moveing files, renaming files and even creating files I have to manually refresh the folder for the changes to show up.
Any suggestions? It happens everywhere, every drive.

What the hell, it stopped doing it now.
I wasn't trying to fix it. All I did was remove my BF2142 DVD out of the DVD drive. I'm not sure if that was causing it.
