Getting IE LAN Settings (for firefox portable), but they're locked

I want to use Firefox Portable on the school computers because of all my addons, greasemonkey scripts, etc. but I can't because the school uses a proxy. I went to look it up in LAN Settings in IE, but it's been locked by the admin.
I've been using Chromium because that automatically uses IE's proxy settings. How can I get Firefox to use them?
If I can't, how can I find the LAN settings if they're locked?

In firefox, do File > Import
and it will import any proxy settings from IE.

You could also make Firefox use "auto detect proxy for this network" which will take the IE settings.

I've tried autodetecting, that didn't work. Trying import.
