I do think that it's a great game, but it's nowhere as near as what most expected it to be like("the turning point of this generation", as IW said).
Over hyped but not bad of a game.
It's pretty much the same with other games, Borderlands for example. Almost everyone played Borderlands with the release, now I never see anyone play it on my SF list. Have to say it did live the hype more then Borderlands did. Still enjoying it.

Single Player was ridiculously short, but I didn't play all the missions in one sitting (even though I could have). Instead I played the story in short bursts which was cool because every time I sat down I got another "Oh Shit" moment.
I'm loving Multiplayer though. I wish Single Player was a little better but overall I think the game was a great success. I can't tell if there is a shortage of maps that I can play or that I just play it so much that I feel like there is a shortage.
I played it a bit at a friend's house, I'll run down the experience for you guys.
I played a single player campaign mission, I was in a boat or some shit going down a river and kept hitting rocks, somehow got turned 180 degrees around and ran out of time or something and died (???).
I played some spec-ops co-op mission, we were timed, and the time limit was like 2 minutes. I thought that was pretty lame because it was really fun but only lasted two minutes so what the heck.
I tried online multiplayer. I thought CoD 4 online was okay but certain matches were not very well ranked. I hopped into a lobby to a greeting of "penis" and "lol ur gay" comments, the game started, my teammates were all :downsbravo: the whole time, some guy on the other team got a gajillion kills off my teammates and flew around in a gunship and killed everyone.

It isn't needed any thought when putting something Toy Story-realted into anything.

It seems like a good game, but I will buy it when it's a bit cheaper.
360fags at my school constantly screaming MODERN WARFARE 2 at me because I was one of the few people who didn't buy it.
And from what I can see of the people who play it, I never will.
