So my friend got his steam account hacked and the hacker locked it with family view so we still able to login
we are trying to guess the PIN and we tried to change gmail password on his PC but the hacker still has access to his steam and gmail accounts
and currently he is emptying his inventory in front of his eyes :/
we already have steam support ticket but it would take days for somebody to help us
and by that time i think the hacker will delete or make the account unacceptable
Any suggestions on what to do?

Was he using the mobile authenticator? If not I doubt valve will help you.

In fact valve won't help you get the items back of you weren't using the app
He told me he has steam mobile authenticator and i can see it when i login to his account and it shows "Success!
You've already added a phone number to your Steam account!" message
maybe the hacker changed it?
