best graphics card under $200 - Hardware & Software

I'm getting a new graphics card and i can't decide which one is the best for under $200. Doesn't matter if it's NVIDIA or ATI. I'm buying from newegg. thx ppl.

But the GTX 275, which costs $220 with free shipping and IIRC a MIR, rapes it.

The sparkle I posted is 205$ w/ free shipping.

Fuck Sparkle. You can say, however, that they live up to their name. The GTX 275 from PNY, which costs $220 w/ free shipping, has a $25 MIR attached as well.

They aren't horridly bad, just their psu's.

I thought that was a different brand who'd just named their PSUs sparkle, like how OCZ names theirs _XStream
