My keyboard was connected to this small amp I have. When I turned off the keyboard with the amp still on, some static coming from the amp fades in and today I picked up Spanish people talking. It looks like my amp is acting like a radio, someone explain this.

You obviously bought the wrong amp, the CIA had planted radios in it and now they're coming to relieve you of the amp and torture you of where you bought it.

I swear to god I was picking up some sort of radio transmission on my smaller amp in like 7th grade
actually this may be the second time now that I think about it, the last time I was hearing voices, I was also getting up from my keyboard and I heard a woman casually speaking from my bedroom(my amp happened to be in the same direction) as soon as I went there the sound vanished and I wrote it off as temporary insanity.
Some amps pick up rfi, radio frequency interference. It can be caused by things like unshielded cables. Don't know the process for figuring out which part of the amp is doing it but you can probably find guides to figuring it out online
