trying to remember the title to a weird-ass fuckin game

okay so this game is pretty old, early 2000s maybe. And it's for the pc as far as I know; you play as a weird dude in a weird fuckin world, I'm talkin there are anthro animals walking around and you play as a 'human' even though he's designed strangely. The game starts off by zooming out (or in) from a picture of a dragon(?). You go on a weird and whacky adventure to find this dragon? idfk

I remember there was a part where you can go into a school and kick/punch kids, and when you walk out of the school, there's a long line of people (the parents, older brothers) wanting to slap your shit.

I wanna SAY there is the word 'odyssey' in the title but I just can't remember
