Need some help with identifying a program that makes your harddrive data into a image

So I've used a program before that takes your hard-drive and makes a wicked image of it like this:

I'm sure someone on Facepunch has used it...
Could you please help me identify the program...I forgot the name and have tried using google to no luck. If we can manage to find the program someone could make a thread, and people could post their harddrive "image" basically. Thanks for all the help.
