AMD Video drivers failing to install + PC does not wake up from hibernation

Got a new graphics card, a AMD HD7950 OC 3GB. Actually, I can install the drivers for it, but one install namely the "Accelerated Video Transcoding" part always fails. In addition to that my computer sometimes doesn't wake anymore from hibernation since I installed that card, all pc parts apparently start up but the screens stay black.

Now for the drivers I don't really know if this diver part is even important since I can play games without a problem. Googling for that problem always directed me to thread in which the whole driver suite simply fails to install. Already uninstalled the driver, cleaned with a driver cleaner and then tried to install again, didn't work.
For the pc not waking part, well, I ended up with tons of "turn hibernation off :)" threads and the usual "fixed it close thread pls" responses.

Is the psu powerful enough ?
What are you specs ?
Are you sure it's the good driver ?

GPU: AMD HD7950 OC 3GB from Sapphire
Ram: 8GB
Mobo: Gigabyte GA-890GPA-UD3H
PSU: be quiet! Straight Power E7 CM 580W

Happened with the latest 13.x drivers and the new 14x1 beta driver. Redownloaded both of them when it happened to filter a corrupted download out.
