Okay so, I just switched to my new ISP this Tuesday.
And now, Speedtest.net looks like this for me:

Imgur looks the same, and I can't see any pictures hosted on imgur.
I called my ISP twice about it today. First they said it was probably something wrong with the site. I told them that it was working fine at school and that it has been like this since I switched to this ISP.
Then he just mumbled something and said it was nothing they could do about it, and that I should just give it some time.
I called them back some minutes later, came to the same guy, he put me over to someone else this time.
The new guy said it had to be something wrong with my computer, and that I should call the manufacturer, even though I had told him I had the same problem with my laptop.
So Facepunch, what do I do?
Do you have any proxies enabled? Also check the router settings for any odd settings

No proxies, no. And I can't see anything weird in my router settings.
Have you tried resetting the router

Yup, that has been done.
Do you know anyone else on the ISP, also have you got a smartphone to test if the problem happens
Yes, my friend has the same ISP, and it works just as it should for him.
But eh, it works on my smartphone.
It's something to do with windows, you tried a different browser?

Yep, both Firefox and Chrome
Any strange activity or recently installed/uninstalled programs or add-ons?
Not that I can remember, no.
It's weird that I have this problem on both of my computers though. And everything works perfectly at my parents' place where I am now.
update browsers?
Eh, they should be fully updated, but I'll check once I get back to my own place tomorrow just to be sure.
Clear the cache on all your browsers.
Okay, didn't work. I have a plan though. Tomorrow I will call my old ISP and ask them what might be wrong. They are always helpful with this kind of stuff. Then I will call my new one and tell them what they said was most likely wrong.
Then I will prove to the world that that hm. That I am an excellent problem solver!
This problem is no uncommon and i'd wait it out. Usually it solves itself. Could be a DNS or other server down somewhere your isp has no control over. If you go on the internet the traffic doesnt always take the same route. This explains why at some places the websites work and at other places they don't.
You could try to switch to a different DNS

Already tried, no workie :(
try "ipconfig /flushdns" in cmd
you could also try to reinstall your browsers if you havn't done that already
boot from a linux CD/USB, and see if it works.
if it works, it definitly your computer.
