So I have a school work that I need to deliver in max. 2 hours. But I can't print the god damned thing. My printer (Epson TX115) is not low on ink, is properly connected, all the drivers and software are ok.
However, when I try to print... nothing happens. Not even a "beep" or any kind of mechanical noise normal printers do.
Any help?
Maybe a stupid question, but are you sure your printer is on? :v:
Or more information perhaps, is it network connected? USB? Right USB port?

Yes, it is on. Yes, the USB is plugged in, and my computer can read the ink levels, tell it's current status and everything.
Edit: Okay, new info. If I press the "Scan & Copy" button, the stupid think scans and then prints, but if I tell it from the computer it wont :(
Now I'm not sure how your printer spools printjobs, but what's the status on the printjobs on your PC?

What is a printjob? D:
english not being my native language sucks
If you have Windows, do you see a small print icon next to the digital clock on the desktop? If yes, double click it and you'll get the computers queue/spooler. It's simply your prints standing in line to get printed. If there are any problems, it should show there. If they're not there, then I don't know.

And sorry if I'm too advanced for you, I work at technical support for printers (Not this brand though :v:)

Yes, when I try to print the little printer is there. It says "printing", however it isn't doing anything at all.
Tried rebooting it? I'm sorry, but I don't really know how the printer works as I only work with 1 brand most of the time.

Tried re-starting the print command, the printer itself and my computer. Nothing.
You could always try to reboot the spooler on the PC too, but I doubt it will help you though.
Apart from that, I'm pretty much out of ideas at the moment. Good luck to you. :/
I fixed it by un-installing everything and then installing again. My dad fucked up the installation, as usual.
Did you get it in time then? :byodood:

Nope. Had to go to the shopping and pay so they printed it there, but atleast it's working now, :woof:
