My mother recently found out that there is a litter of cats under her mobile home. This wouldn't be a problem except that the cats have been tearing out her insulation all summer, so she wants to catch them and send them off somewhere, where they will be taken care of. My question is Where in the Chicagoland, Milwaukee area is the best place for animal shelters? I understand that most of the forum is not from this area, but I hope that there will still be good feedback.
