Is there a good monitor thats around the 100-250 prize range that has 1920 x 1080 resolution and 60Hz or better? ( the higher frequency the better :D) I don't care much for brand as long as its black/ 16:9. o.O Oh and it must have at least 1 DVI port ( I'm sure most monitors now have them, but just in case, case I don't wanna buy a monitor with above specs, but have to use a DVI to VGA adapter >>) Also, I'd like a monitor with a response time of 3 ms or less o.O

I know, I skimmed a couple of monitors, but half the specs I've read was complete bs to me xD I didn't get much of the specs, so I was thinking of having someone kind enough to help me out here xD
