While playing TF2, shortly into the game, it will crash, and give the following error message:

Any idea how to fix it? I've defragged the cache and reinstalled, but that didn't do anything.
Graphics drivers, upgrade them/reinstall.
Apart from that, give us your hardware specs, they are so helpful :)
