Just do what I do when "Sorry, this game is currently not available in your region" and use a damn VPN. If the developers/Steam don't want us to use VPN's then they shouldn't have put the USA first, they should either release the game at midnight on the date of the release if they want to do a staggered release (for online games for example) or for single player games just do a global release.
