Anti-Facebook would be an anti-social zero-networking offline website
I'm entirely certain that 95% of the people joining are doing it because ello invites are worth hella money right now.
4% are probably basement dwellers that are huffing about how facebook is ruining their rights.
and like 1% of them are probably doing it because they have a genuine reason to dislike facebook.
Hipsterbait.

yeah, fuck those fat neckbeards, with their fedoras and their privacy concerns and all that stupid nerd shit
it's shit
I've just got it on Facebook so I give zero information. The only thing Facebook knows is my name and date of birth. I've got adblock anyway so I don't even know what ads they're aiming at me.
i don't like FB because it always gives priority to whoever posts most shit or what shit is being liked the most, and not giving me updates from the people I actually want to hear from when they do rarely post
myspace was definitely better (when it had the feed bar)

i mean yeah facebook is a more organized and professional social profile but come the fuck on myspace was so much more fun

What does 'hipster' even mean anymore.
they cannot survive without advertisements.
this is just the fucking truth of the matter.
I only got one so I could rub it in the faces of those who want to get in but can't
Remember when a whole bunch of people thought google+ would replace facebook? Well. yeah. Doesn't really matter what it is or isn't, everybody is already set up and connected on facebook, they're not going to all migrate over.
I miss myspace because I got loads of customization going though and I can decorate it with some fancy shit, like it's vampirefreaks.com all over again.
The only issue I had with myspace is how my 3rd party radio cannot be embbed because myspace add in some short of block towards it... which pisses me off.
After a day using Ello it doesn't feel like something that would replace Facebook. It feels more like a Tumblr/Twitter mix with it's simplicity.
In 2005 news, thousands are now flocking to a new "anti-myspace", a website called "the facebook" which promises an ad-free, private environment that goes against the system!
