Need help with creating a movie

I have a bunch of movie files in .mov format, and I can burn them to dvd in chapters and such, but I'm just wondering, how do I go about creating a menu or putting title frames(?) between each one such as a screen that says part one with a black background and white lettering followed by part one. I need help asap

For DVD menus/authoring I would recommend Adobe Encore or Nero (whatever nero program does DVDs, never used them but they're probably good)
