He's being so serious about it. Oh no, if I were to type in "Wallm" I get linked to wallmart! Such a bad thing, wich false and misleading information!
It's the dumb employer's problem, not Google. In any case, that guy should put more effort into explaining who is who in situations like this. Like showing the picture of his name-sharing counterpart for example. Good thing none of my name-sharing counterparts have committed any crime.
