Seriously how did they not expect any backlash from this.
Makes me think it's almost deliberate going by the stuff the article mentions.
I get the attempt but honestly do something just "Spouse's - Appreciate your significant other tonight - take them out with this discount!".
Encompasses all regardless of anything, better PR.
