so whenever i start up my pc, i get a RUNDLL message telling me that C:\WINDOWS\ibovilometa.dll cannot be found.. i googled ibovilometa and it found literally nothing. Any ideas? *insert it is a mystery gif here*

Likely some kind of malware that got broken / removed and left behind a startup entry. Either that or some obscure program that was removed. I'd suggest scanning with [url=http://www.malwarebytes.org/]Malwarebytes[/url], and if that comes up empty / doesn't fix the problem then use [url=http://www.malwarebytes.org/]Autoruns[/url] to find and remove the ibovilometa.dll entry.
