What's wrong with CRT? Anyways, try to find out more about the RAM like the speed and if it's dual channel. OS is 64 bit right? I'm sure you can get something around a 4850/5750/GTS450 and an Athlon II X4 with that budget. I'll start as soon as you answer the questions.
