Given the game is only a few months away, I'd imagine their roles in the project were effectively complete so there was no real point in staying on. I still have high hopes for this one!
Honestly, I do not mind that much. I never really liked Bioshock and all it's vibe, although sad to hear such news. Bioshock has a big fan community.
Whilst it's sad to see a dev leave a company, ignoring some exceptions, being that the game isn't too far off here's hoping that their departure didn't leave too many AI and combat mechanics unfinished. Game looks promising, and with the whole "alternate universes" thing i'm eager to see a System Shock reference at least somewhere.

Lets hope that.
I think the big problem with infinite is how they build so much hype from the game right away revealing alot of key stuff right away.
I hope this isn't a flop, I wanna see the love interests' titties

It's to bad Elizabeth has the mental capacity of a fucking five-year-old.
And also, if they delay again, I'm gonna break a blood vessel. I'm tired of fucking waiting.
they call it bioshock infinite because u infinitely wait for the game to come out

It must have taken you forever to think that one up.

It's better to have a good game that took a long time to develop than a bad one with short developing time.

long doesn't always mean good though
i.e. Duke nukem forever
and likewise, short doesn't mean bad.
i.e. portal.
I've promised myself to not get hyped about this game.
