How do I know if the power supply comes with the cable to plug it into the mains

Right, another of my friends is building a PC. Yes, another. Once again, I am helping them. With my previous friend, the power supply didn't come with a 230VAC, and we had to nick one out of his previous PC. This isn't the case with Tom (the friend I am building it for at the moment). So I must know, will the power supply come with the cable to plug his PC into the mains.

Will it come with the appropriate cable to plug it into the mains, and moreover, how can I tell?

as far as I know only antec's PSUs market as "green" like the neo ecos don't include them

Thanks! So it does (and by this I mean both the PSU in the OP and the 550w one) come with the cable to plug the PSU into the mains, correct?

Naah, Opera Mini uses its servers and some shit from Norway so it shows up like that.

The cable should be with the PSU, and even if it isn't, you can get it from any local store basically.
