i'd suggest getting more ram, like 4gb at the minimum. it's fucking cheap, and because its DDR3, it'll last longer.

i'd also suggest going intel for processors, amd has been going downhill

Video card is crap compared to the rest of the parts, and you should get more RAM.

Ninja reply, if it's two Gb each, you're fine. All I suggest is a better video card. Maybe a GTX 260 or a 4870.

If you mean performance wise, yes it will be industry standard for a few more years, but it won't physically last longer than other ram types
