So, my dad wants to have Dell build him a computer, he says that it has the newest i7 processor with 8 gigs of RAM and all that for only $600 - $650ish.
What would be a build that could beat that so I can convince him not to buy it?

Pretty much he browses, checks his email, watches videos.
He's always complaining his [B]Dell[/B] laptop is too slow.
Then he doesn't need an i7 and 8 gigs of RAM.

His performance will double probably. Seriously, this is a pretty powerful laptop.
