See the 5th post down. Mods don't lock it, tomorrow we'll see if it's fixed or not.
What speed are you supposed to be getting? I looked up brighthouse and it seemed 10 mbps was their slowest plan.

Should be downloading at 1.2MB/s on average, Bhouse tech support confirms this. They don't know why it's going so slow. I thought it was a dead line or something but they disagree. Could it be a software issue? Maybe a program I have?
Are there other people on your network? Try directly connecting to your modem and then doing a speedtest, and try it with another PC if possible.
