• I figure a "Help me Dr.Facepunch" thread would do better here than in GD.

So it's like, 2:30am. I wake up sweating, and my whole body is shaking violently. I'm hyperventilating, and I can't stop shaking for the life of me, I couldn't move my legs but I could feel them shaking, I couldn't stand up, and It lasted about 5-10 minutes, probably less but it felt like a long time. I also had a huge headache, I felt pressure in my head, and when I finally could get up, I went to the kitchen to get some water but I was so dizzy that I almost fell on my butt. Some other details.. umm, I know it wasn't a dream or anything, because my sister was awake and I had talked to her shortly after, I was totally aware of what was going on the whole time, I wasn't freaking out or anything. If I had to guess, I would say it was an allergic reaction to a bite or something, but I'm not sure. Family history! Titty cancer, diabetes, high blood pressure, obesity, asthma. I had white rice with like 10 thousand different types of beans, sour cream, corn, and reeeeally hot sauce, which is the norm for me. Specs: 5'8, 115 pounds, 19, no smoking or drinking, no insurance, and my favorite color is light blue. So Facepunch, am I going to die? :ohdear: (hurr.) I'm mostly looking for a wiki link here.
Have you had sugar? Also i am finding a wiki ok.
Did you feel like throwing up?
Well i believe it isn't cancer IMO. Here is a Cancer Wiki page for you to look at. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Cancer [editline]08:08AM[/editline] Oops sorry wrong cancer. If your a boy then it isn't titty cancer.
Sleep paralysis? http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Sleep_paralysis
prolly has to do with insulin all those foods are high in carbs
I don't know how to tell you this, Mr.Luleychan, so i'll let this video do it!
I actually did feel like throwing up at one point, both of my sisters have had sleep paralysis, but I could sit up, and move my arms, insulin? I don't have too much sugar, but I'm not exactly scared of the crap. Lol I don't think its cancer either, I'm trying to think if I had sugar that day, I'm sure I have at one point. Family Guy has fallen to far for me to think any clip from it is funny, no matter how old/new.

You had a panic attack for some reason. If someone has fucked up your life recently, that's probably why.
Well until then have some sugar, That might help. At least i think so.
prolly has to do with insulin all those foods are high in carbs
I've been eating food like that my whole life, my dad is Puerto Rican, and used to grow rice on a farm back in the 40's, all colored rice is my dads 8th son, heh.
did you have any fevers or colds during the past week
did you have any fevers or colds during the past week
No, asthma every single day for the past few weeks though, I have pretty bad asthma.
was your asthma medication or any medication you used this past week expired
You had a panic attack for some reason. If someone has fucked up your life recently, that's probably why.
Umm, that can't be it, because I don't ever get mad, and I don't ever get nervous. [editline]08:28AM[/editline]
was your asthma medication or any medication you used this past week expired
Umm, no, I haven't used any medication, all of the inhalers are empty, and we don't have any more Nebulizer treatments. I took a prednisone but we just filled it, and I take prednisones pretty often. the prednisone was days before though.
Umm, that can't be it, because I don't ever get mad, and I don't ever get nervous.
Do you even know how a panic attack works?
Do you even know how a panic attack works?
To be honest, no. :sigh: I imagine it involves me starting to panic, but I didn't I wasn't freaking out, just trying to breathe and stop shaking, its not like I was freaking out crying and screaming or whatever. Here let me solve everything by googling panic attack. Copy pasta incoming. "Racing" heart - Yeah, I could feel it outside of my chest. Feeling weak, faint, or dizzy - - dizzy yeah. Tingling or numbness in the hands and fingers - violent shaking would properly describe it. Sense of terror, of impending doom or death - no. Feeling sweaty or having chills - more hot than sweaty but, yes. Chest pains - None at all. Breathing difficulties - yes indeedly doodly. Feeling a loss of control - this is a so/so, I was calm, and could think. I just couldn't stop the shaking. I don't know I just didn't think I was the kind of person for panic attacks, I'm always so chilled out, I laugh a lot, haven't been stressed about anything I can think of within the last few days.
