Youtube videos stutter with new 460+drivers installation?

So I'm getting a wierd issue ever since I isntalled my 460 and got drivers for it. Youtube videos now stutter... not in the "low performance" sense, but every 3-8 seconds the video+audio will "skip" over itself and double up. It makes listening and watching video on youtube very unbearable for me.
Anyone know of any solutions?
update or downgrade. consider using Beta Drivers if need be.
Have you tried disabling hardware acceleration? Right click in the video and press settings.
Turns out I get it in Winamp too when listening to music
Gonna try a BIOS update, apparently from what I've looked on in the internet it has something to do with PCI-E speeds and such being out of wack with video cards, and the settings I need to change to fix it I don't have in my bios

Didn't work... any one got any ideas? This makes listening to music unbearable for me... :(
I'm getting this too (albeit with a 4870), only thing I can think of is to reinstall windows (might be some drivers conflicting somewhere)
DriverSweeper and then reinstall drivers.
Did nothing.
I appear to have temporarily twarted the issue by using my onboard sound though, so that's good. Obviously I'd rather use my sound card.
