Parts Check for General Use Computer - Hardware & Software

I'm building a general use computer on a budget of about $500 with shipping. I made this build, and it comes out to $491 with shipping. If someone has a suggestion that might make this better, or lower the cost, that would be appreciated. It will just be used for playing low requirement online games, using Word, and the like. Oh, and if I may ask a question, what is different between OEM and Retail? Uhh, that processor sucks, Foxconn is horrible, I've never heard of LOGISYS as brand, and you are WAY better of getting a Samsung Spinpoint F3. Also, OEM means that Windows 7 wont appreciate being reused on another PC/have your motherboard changed.

The reviews on the MoBo was 5 eggs overall, and grandma doesn't need a fast processor. Logisys is a brand, and I took your advice on the HDD.
