How am I supposed to post a .webm?

So I have a 20mb Gif I don't want to clog up the forums with, so I put it on gifycat/mymixtape.moe/whatever to convert it to a 2mb .webm. No matter what tag I wrap it in, it doesn't seem to work. Does it just not show up in the post preview, or is there something else I need to do to get it to work?

Ah, I see, the video button in the posting menu inserts VIDEO in tags, I assumed they functioned the same. Cheers.
