He's in that window the building in the center, top right window five to the left. Or not.

It wasn't really hard to find him, I looked around for 10 secs and I found him. [media]http://img704.imageshack.us/img704/9135/waldo.png[/media]
Yeah I found him quite quickly aswell. Here in UK he is called Wally.
