Well other then the politics, showering with other men, nazis trying to convert me, talking to multiple people while shitting, eatting shit and not enough shit, power trip gaurds, unethical shit eatting hours, lockdown, being pepper sprayed, constant tension and ridiculous commisary prices it wasn't that bad. Ask me about my experience. I need to tell somebody.
What were you in for?
I was accused for holding a knife up to my ex girlfriends throat, did I do it? No. I had 6 different felony charges for what she told the police.

My bail was $200,000 and my charge numbers were: Felony-PC245(a)(1) Felony-PC273.5(a) Felony-PC273a(a) Felony-PC422 FelonyPC236 Misdemeanor-PC(e)(1) The last one was dropped to a misdemeanor. I just got out on a cruise waver and im getting sentenced to 3 years felony probation on monday..
Did you drop the soap?
Not to mention my $12,000 fine.. [editline]8th June 2013[/editline] Theirs no rape in jail, only if your extremenly unlucky.... Or in other states. Rape is for prison bro.
How were your fellow inmates?
Dumb qeustion but what's the difference between jail and prison?
How did you get sentenced as guilty if you didn't do it? By that, I mean what was their reasoning?
Dumb qeustion but what's the difference between jail and prison?
Yeah I just looked it up too. I didn't know there was a difference.
A jail is a local lock-up for holding people awaiting local court appearances or serving time on local misdemeanor charges or sentences of less than one year. The simplest explanation is that a jail is allowed to hold prisoners for up to one year. Any sentence over a year must be served in a prison. It used to be that jails were only holding facilities and prisons were "reformatories" but now even jails are considered reformatories in many places. The most notable difference is that prison inmates have been tried and convicted of crimes, while those in jail may be waiting for a trial. A prison is under the jurisdiction of either federal or state, while the jail holds people accused under federal, state, county and/or city laws. A jail holds inmates from two days to a year only.
http://answers.yahoo.com/question/index?qid=20080101131101AA2tpCy
I look at jail as one of the greatest exeperiences of my life though, other then the panic attacks and throwing up at first for thinking i was going to prison(which I could of easily for 4-10 years). I read over 50 books, the bible, worked out more then I ever have, learned not to stereotype others, learned a lot about the justice system and how its entirely fucked up from the ground up and I met a lot of good people in jail that shared a lot of their kindness and breathtaking wisdom.
What was it like at first?
I was accused for holding a knife up to my ex girlfriends throat, did I do it? No. I had 6 different felony charges for what she told the police.
Do you happen to want to murder her now?
But you're white
Or at least have vengeance in some way?
did you think about escaping jail?
Where was your jail at? Sounds worse than the one I went to. The food isn't bad in there. It's better than school food.
How were your fellow inmates?
Their were politics. The first night in jail I was entered into a 300 man dorm. The tables where people ate were cut off into groups according to skin color. Their were Skins(Indians),Skinheads(Racists),Blacks and Others. My first night in jail I met up with a black guy that I knew on th outside by the name of Corey, he shared his food with me and I ate with him at his table with the other blacks(Im White). That following night I was ganged up on by 5 really intimidating skinheads that told me if they saw me eatting with blacks again they would hurt me. I slept in the same bunk as these skinheads and they tried convincing me how horrible god was and how Hitler was the closest to God mankind will ever get. I listened to their bullshit spewing until about 4 a.m. then the next day I was confronted by the biggest black guy I ever laid my eyes upon by the name of Curry, he told me to sit at their table because he was trying to get rid of politics in the facility and he was looking for a fight when it came to the racists in the dorm. He was in their for murder getting his time waived for the passed 3 years and he just got found not guilty two days ago and is getting released in a few weeks. I sat at his table and none of the skinheads spoke to me for the next 3 months. Curry was the top dog and he was the smartest guy I've ever met in my life. Their was one guy that was hostile towards me that tried to fight me over a soup because he saw me share my soup with Curry. He told me he would break my neck so we took it to the bathroom so no gaurds would pepper spray us and we fought. I knocked him out(no joke) and i hid his body in a stall and walked out without a scratch. [editline]8th June 2013[/editline]
What was it like at first?
When i first went in i was in a processing cell. A two man cell with no privacy what so ever and my cell mate was coming down off meth so it was very hostile. I had multiple panic attacks, didn't eat for 3 days, couldnt shit and had to see mental health.
learned not to stereotype others
I like you already. But seriously though, how was it when you showered with other people without privacy?
If you don't mind answering, what state do you live in? Sorry if its too specific of a question. The first friend I made in college was some Korean guy (never got his name or number sadly) who had to drop the course we were both in due to having to go to court over a domestic abuse case. His side of the story was that he pushed his girlfriend off him after she was bothering him while he was doing homework and she didn't take it well, and made a big scene and eventually neighbors called the cops on them. I didn't see him again after that.
Do you happen to want to murder her now?
While in jail my hatred towards her was intense. Now I know that hatred is only a waste of your energy. Too hate someone consumes negative space in your mind and forgiving someone lets go. I no longer speak to her even though she is the mother of my son. I must move on with my life and build up a stronghold for my son in the future before I ever focus on any other woman. I got out at 5:45 P.M. PST and we haven't spoken and I don't intend on contacting her either. Unless It's really obvious the woman is lying you either take the deal or go to prison. That's what my attorney told me and everyone in my dorm. Believe me I tried fighting it. I plead not guilty all the way up to my pre-trial, but in the end I had to take felony probation or I would of been sent to prison because in our society 'woman dont lie and all men are bad'
Or at least have vengeance in some way?
I would imagine going to jail would be a sobering experience.
What was the food like? variety?
At first yes, then i realized it was impossible...
Unless you wanted to pull a...a...What is that movie that involved alcohol made with piss and symbolism of a rubber duck?
I was in county jail for three days once. It was okay. Granted we don't have many criminals here.
What was the food like? variety?
While in jail i read the Title 15 which was the jails policies and all the things provided in jail. All the meat was processed horse meat and you were fed 2000 calories a day. Schedule: They wake you up at 6 A.M. and tell you to make your bed and you cant get under your covers for the rest of the day until 9:30 P.M. You eat breakfast until 7 A.M. then your locked down on your bed for an hour. You then eat lunch at 11 A.M. then your locked down for an hour and a half. You then eat dinner at 4 P.M. then your locked down for 2 and a half hours. 11 P.M. is lockdown for the night until 6 A.M. Everytime theirs a fight or someone is caught using drugs your locked down for an hour. They turn the Air conditioning on in the day so its impossible to sleep due to the cold. They turn the heat on at night so your blankets are no use to you unless your trying to lose weight through sweating.
