• Losing internet access and getting bluescreens while trying to repair it

Hello to start off I'm using a dlink DWA-140 usb adapter to connect to my modem/router because my computer doesn't have a built in network card. Anyways this problem started right after I got my computer back from repairs and they changed my motherboard so that can possibly be related. Well the problem started when I got it back, I insert my usb internet adapter and my internet works fine. It can work for hours until the problem appears and it can be five minutes after I start my computer it happens. The problem is that sometimes I just lose my internet and I get this triangle over my internet bar like this . And when I hover over it it says "Internetaccess missing" or something along those lines, my windows isn't in english. And anyways when I try to use windows program to troubleshoot and repair it I simply get a bluescreen, and when my computer starts up again I have to manually enable my adapter in the control panel since it gets deactivated after the bluescreen somehow. Then it works until the problem appears again and it all starts over again. Now does anyone know any cause for this or have any suggestions? I have tried quite a few things but nothing I've done seems to work, haven't found anything helpful on google either. Thanks.
Can you post any of the dumps the bluescreen's made? i think your wireless card is causing the bluescreens.
Where are the dumps located? I'll try getting a picture of the bluescreen next time it happens. I remember it's something like "QRFL_DRIVER_LESS_OR_EQUAL" I think. [editline]20th July 2011[/editline] Okay it happened again, I tried reinstalling my drivers earlier on and it bluescreened in the middle of uninstalling and if I try to continue the uninstallation I bluescreen again. So now I think the drivers are broken. And now it's started bluescreening at random times, not only when trying to do things with the card/drivers. Anyways heres a picture I managed to grab of the bluescreen
Most likely a driver problem, are you running manufacturer drivers, or microsoft?
I'm using the ones from d-links website. Still I can't seem to remove them since I just bluescreen when I try to uninstall it. [editline]20th July 2011[/editline] Well I managed to uninstall it without crashing now, and windows installed it's on drivers for it now. I'll see if they work. I will come back with results later.
The bluescreens are gone now, but it's still the same with everything else.
Have you tried a different usb port, or different usb input device all together?
Yeah, I have tried different ports, same results. I don't have access to another usb networkcard right now, but I'll see if I can borrow one from a friend or something.
