Much that once was, is lost, for none now live who remember it.
It began with the baking of the great pies…for within these pies was bound the gravy and the meat to govern each supermarket isle.
But another pie was made; Mr Kipling baked, in secret, a master pie – one pie to rule them all.
One by one, the hungry fell to the power of the pie; for the stomachs of men are easily filled, and the pie of power has a will of its own.
And some things that should not have been eaten were devoured.
Pie became dinner, dinner became mush in my stomach, and for two-and-a-half-thousand years, the pie passed through my large intestine.
Until, when chance came, I pooped...
