Amazon is such a weird company:

It's amazing how long they've gone with basically zero profit every quarter, they've been basically running on their revenue growth alone, not really showing that they can get any money out of it (as far as I'm concerned).

Yeah, I've sat in a two hour lecture that was basically all about that. It's a money tree they planted a decade ago and they've had zen-tier patience with letting the company grow before they make bank.

Yeah I'm not saying they're incompetent, it's just so different from how most companies are run.
