So my stephdads laptop has gone down the shitter and things are starting to brake
Anyway, today when i was going to start it up to help him with some music files, the thing loaded just a little then when the boot window was supposed to come up, it white screened and stayed there for 3 min before rebooting and doing the same again, what could be the problem?
We would love some help, it's his schools work laptop "he's learning swedish"
It's an Dell Inspieron,
Try plugging the laptop into a external monitor. Using the VGA port on it.
