Ive got an ASUS Asus P5LD2-VM and I was wondering if a MSI 9600GSO-MD1G CUDA 1GB PCI-E RETAIL would fit on it.My power supply is 400W if its a matter.Also my CPU is Intel pentium D 805 if its a matter too.

Yes, the 9600 will fit, but a 1GB version of that card is a waste.
PCI-E 2.0 is backwards compatible with PCI-E 1.0 as well.
